Masterminds
Intermediate To Advanced – For Small to Mid-Sized Businesses
A mastermind group is an in-person, peer-to-peer meeting used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The concept was coined by author Napoleon Hill (“Think And Grow Rich“), when he referred to two or more people coming together in harmony to solve problems.
B2b Interactive Marketing facilitates multiple mastermind groups. Some are industry inclusive (noncompetitive – HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, painting and other residential or commercial contractors), while others are industry exclusive (noncompetitive – insurance, financial, retailer, marketing, contractors and others). Each type of group has their strengths.
Meetings last 2 to 4 hours depending on the group type, participants, and needs. These meetings are part problem solving and part accountability. Problems can include customers, staff, financing, marketing, and other general business concepts. Also, what's said in that room stays in that room. Trust and integrity is a key element to a successful group.
